Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking a Contract Utility Forester to support vegetation management across assigned territories. Responsibilities include patrolling rights of way, inspecting work for safety and quality, and assisting the foresters and clients with concerns.

The role requires outdoor work, travel, and the ability to operate in varying weather conditions. The candidate should have forestry education or equivalent experience, plus relevant certifications and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry or related field or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree with field experience or equivalent experience in utility vegetation management.
• ISA Arborist certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist foresters with vegetation management in an assigned territory.
• Patrol and inspect electric utility rights of way to determine management needs.
• Assist in investigating property owner and customer concerns.
• Monitor vegetation activities for contract compliance.
• Support storm restoration or emergency work as directed.
