Job summary

Clear Path Utility Solutions is seeking a Utility Forester to inspect and manage vegetation along utility ROWs, ensuring reliability and safety. You will work in the field, collect data, and support contractor coordination.

The role requires GIS proficiency, strong forestry skills, and the ability to engage landowners and stakeholders while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Arboriculture, Natural Resources, Environmental Science, Horticulture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in utility vegetation management or related ROW work preferred.
• ISA Arborist certification or equivalent is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vegetation along utility ROWs and conduct hazard tree assessments.
• Coordinate with contractors and utility personnel to plan and supervise vegetation work.
• Record field data accurately using GIS and data capture tools and prepare reports.
• Engage landowners and stakeholders to explain work plans and address questions.
• Support safety programs and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
