Job summary

Rush Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Medium Duty New Truck Sales Representative to solicit truck sales within an assigned territory, predominantly in person away from the dealership.

As part of Rush Truck Centers, you will grow a robust sales pipeline across multiple manufacturers, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive growth in a dynamic market. You will manage 25–75 key accounts and 50–150 retail accounts, visit customers at their locations at least three days a week, and coordinate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate prospective customers/business opportunities.
• Manage 25–75 key accounts and 50–150 retail accounts.
• Conduct in-person visits at customer locations at least three days a week.
• Build a strong pipeline and follow up on quotes monthly.
• Coordinate with service, finance and insurance teams to close deals.
