Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing electrical transmission systems. You will manage work on energized and de-energised lines, travel to sites as needed, and report to the General Foreman.

Responsibilities include coaching crew members, ensuring safety protocols, and delivering high-quality results on schedule in outdoor conditions. CDL is required, with willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of recent transmission line experience.
• Valid CDL.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work extended hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair overhead transmission lines and related hardware.
• Operate and maintain transmission line equipment and vehicles.
• Work outdoors in varied weather and environments.
