WOW Carwash, LLC. is seeking a Field Trainer to deliver engaging training across multiple locations, including classroom, virtual, and hands-on sessions.

You will reinforce WOW culture, coach new hires, and ensure site curricula are completed while maintaining high operational standards. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in leadership or 2+ years in training/operations, familiarity with LMS, and strong coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environments; or 2+ years in training/operations.
• Experience facilitating training or coaching individuals and groups, hands-on and on-the-job learning.
• Experience working across multiple locations or with multiple leaders and teams is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training weekly.
• Coach teams and site leaders during site visits and audits.
• Align with Site Managers to guarantee completion of curriculum requirements.
• Standardize onboarding across locations to create a consistent new hire experience.
• Provide actionable course corrections and feedback to frontline staff.
• Verify digital learning completion translates to on-site behaviors.
