Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Field Trainer to educate and enable site teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining company standards. You will train managers and staff on technical site operations, daily procedures, preventative maintenance, and administrative requirements.

This role requires significant travel and a strong focus on developing employees into site-level subject matter experts. The position emphasizes hands-on training, collaboration with field managers, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma.
• 3+ years of experience in a training role.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally and to all states of operation.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Train company employees to ensure knowledge and resources for optimum performance while upholding standards.
• Train on daily and weekly tunnel operations checklists and preventative maintenance.
• Train on operational tasks including open/close checklists, sales opportunities, customer service, and teamwork.
• Develop and update training curriculum based on experience and feedback.
• Provide talent development through career-path programs and mentorship.
• Assist site in driving top and bottom-line results by providing training resources.
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
