• Lead in-tunnel training on tunnel operations, loading procedures, safety, equipment resets, and quality standards
• Train teams on chemical handling, maintenance basics, and tunnel readiness
• Certify team members on SOPs, wash quality, guest experience, upselling, and safety
• Lead training at high-volume locations and designated training sites
• Perform other duties to support the market
