Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Field Training Specialist to build and develop a network of certified trainers across our distribution centers, working closely with the Safety Team. The role ensures high-quality training programs that support employee development, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will lead Train-the-Trainer programs, coach trainers, and monitor program effectiveness while traveling up to 50% to support multiple site locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Safety Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination or trainer development.
• Experience leading Train-the-Trainer programs and safety-focused training.
• Background in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or similar environments.
• Travel up to 50% to support multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and certify leaders and trainers across multiple distribution centers.
• Coach and mentor trainers to deliver onboarding, equipment certification, job skills, safety, and leadership training.
• Assess training program effectiveness and compliance with site leadership to drive improvements.
• Conduct trainer audits and provide feedback for consistent delivery and quality.
• Ensure adherence to standardized training materials and processes across locations.
• Monitor onboarding compliance and support 30-60-90 day new hire integrations.
• Facilitate trainer development workshops and collaborative discussions on instructional effectiveness.
