Dunkin' Donuts in Alabama seeks a Development and Store Training Manager to lead hands-on training and coach store leaders for consistent brand execution. This role emphasizes in-store programs, onboarding, and performance improvement to enhance guest experience and store results.

The position requires 5+ years in QSR management, strong coaching and communication skills, and the ability to travel within Alabama.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of QSR and above restaurant management experience.
• Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills; comfortable training on the floor during peak periods.
• Ability to standardize processes, build simple systems/checklists, and drive consistent execution.
• Willingness and ability to work in stores 6 days per week, including early mornings, weekends, and peak dayparts as business needs require.
• Able to travel to locations within Alabama.
• Knowledge of Dunkin’ brand standards, food safety, and QSR operations required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or hospitality/training credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and standardize in-store training programs, certification checklists, and new-hire onboarding.
• Coach store managers through live shift training, feedback sessions, and performance conversations.
• Identify high-potential team members and support internal promotions and career paths.
• Ensure training aligns with Dunkin brand standards, food safety, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits and rush-hour observations; create and follow up on improvement plans.
• Partner with Area Restaurant Leaders on staffing levels, retention, labor, and execution.
• Support culture resets by modeling teamwork, accountability, guest-first habits, and brand standards.
• Drive consistency in product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Assist with new product rollouts, including training, sampling, and in-store execution.
• Track and report progress on training completion and operational KPIs.
• Work closely with owner/operator and restaurant leadership teams.
