Job summary

Pinstripes is seeking a Training Manager to execute and support training programs for hourly and salaried Team Members across multiple locations. The role emphasizes onboarding, coaching, and field support to ensure consistent training and exceptional guest experiences.

The position offers hybrid work with onsite presence two days per week at the nearest Pinstripes location and up to 30% travel to other locations as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration with field teams.
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate training programs.
• Experience coaching managers and hourly staff in busy service environments.
• Proven effectiveness in field-based training and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of training programs across Pinstripes locations.
• Onboard hourly team members and managers to standards.
• Maintain updated training materials and certifications.
• Conduct in-store training sessions and coaching.
• Support rollout of new menus, systems and promotions in the field.
• Partner with GMs to address performance issues through training.
• Support new store openings with on-site training.
• Develop certified trainers at each location through quarterly classes.
• Reinforce food safety, alcohol compliance and operational standards.
• Provide real-time feedback and improve training effectiveness.
