Job summary

Pinstripes is seeking a Training Manager to execute and support training programs across locations. This hybrid role combines onsite work two days per week with travel up to 30% to other Pinstripes venues. Hospitality experience is required and compensation is $75,000–$95,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of company training programs across locations.
• Onboard and coach hourly team members and managers.
• Ensure training materials and standards are updated and followed.
• Facilitate in-store training sessions, workshops and coaching.
• Support rollouts (menu, beverage, systems, promotions) in-field.
• Maintain certification standards and trainer expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, Marketing and HR.
• Travel to other locations up to 30% as needed.
