Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a Director of Training to own field manager training across its network of entertainment venues. You will build in-center training plans, lead in-person manager classes, and roll out new programs aligned with brand standards.

You’ll manage a Trainers team, partner with Operations, HR, and corporate stakeholders, and travel to centers to see training in action, ensuring adoption and development paths are clear.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading training for multi-unit operations.
• Proven ability to build and roll out training programs that improve field performance.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) including content, assignments, and tracking.

Mansioni

• Own the field manager training strategy from in-center training through ongoing development.
• Build and update in-center training plans as brand standards, systems, and priorities change.
• Roll out new training programs to the field and ensure adoption.
• Partner with multi-unit leaders to track completion and close training gaps.
• Schedule, facilitate, and oversee in-person manager training classes.
• Improve manager retention through onboarding and clear development paths.
• Create and update training content quickly as priorities shift.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Training team and manage the budget.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, F&B, and corporate partners to keep training aligned.
