McDonald’s USA is seeking a Field Training Manager to support our fast-food restaurants by developing people, strengthening operational execution, and ensuring teams deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role traveling between restaurants to train and coach General Managers, Assistant Managers, shift leaders, and crew members.

• Conduct regular field visits to observe operations, identify gaps, and provide coaching.
• Assist with rollout of new menu items, equipment, procedures, promotions, and initiatives.
• Develop high-potential employees and managers for career advancement.
• Monitor training completion and maintain training records.
• Travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
