Job summary

The role focuses on building technical capability, improving quality and safety, strengthening leadership, and helping field employees reach proficiency faster. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of leadership, field operations, or training experience.
• Experience in skilled-trades environments preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly between markets.
• Hands-on trainer comfortable in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Own field training and development strategy across multiple markets.
• Design and implement structured training programs for field employees.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field observations, coaching, and retraining.
• Establish onboarding and progression standards for field staff.
• Coach technicians, crew leaders, and emerging field leaders.
• Develop curricula, SOPs, and certification programs.
• Analyze field performance data to drive improvements.
• Partner with Operations managers to address performance concerns.
