Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome is seeking a Field Operations Training & Development Director to lead training, coaching, and performance improvement across multiple markets. This hands-on leader will work directly with field crews to elevate technical capability, quality, and safety while building leadership pipelines.

The role focuses on training, coaching, development, and performance improvement of our field organization, not traditional operations management; travel between markets is expected to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of leadership, field operations, training, or performance-improvement experience.
• Experience in skilled-trades environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's field training and development strategy across multiple markets.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve structured training programs for new and existing field employees.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field observations, hands-on coaching, evaluations, and retraining sessions.
• Establish clear training paths for employees at different levels of experience.
• Create development plans based on skill gaps, performance, and career goals.
• Establish onboarding, proficiency, field readiness, and continued development standards.
