Job summary

FAT Brands Inc. is seeking a Field Trainer for Great American Cookies, Marble Slab Creamery and Pretzelmaker to deliver hands-on training to new franchisees, managers and restaurant staff.

You will lead sessions, demonstrate best practices and provide coaching in the field. The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a restaurant manager or trainer, strong presentation skills, knowledge of food safety, sanitation and POS systems, and the ability to travel domestically and potentially internationally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Trainer.
• Strong presentation and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to train and motivate diverse groups of franchisees and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for new franchisees, managers, and staff on company standards and policies.
• Conduct hands-on training and demonstrations of procedures and product preparation.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve trainee performance.
• Teach in-person and virtual training sessions and review training results.
• Travel to multiple locations to deliver training and oversee openings.
