Job summary

FAT Brands Inc is seeking a Field Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for new franchisees, managers, and restaurant teams across FAT Brands locations. You will deliver hands-on instruction, demonstrate best practices, and coach trainees to mastery, ensuring consistent service and operations.

This role requires travel, strong presentation skills, ServSafe certification, and proficiency with POS and LMS tools.

Qualifications

2+ years building and delivering training programs for restaurant teams.
Proven ability to coach and provide actionable feedback.
Strong communication, written and verbal, across levels.
Experience with restaurant technology and safety standards.
Travel readiness for domestic and international assignments.
ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Implements training programs for franchisees, managers, and staff on standards and policies.
Conducts training sessions to improve knowledge and service quality.
Provides hands-on demonstrations of procedures and product prep.
Ensures staff proficient with POS and equipment; enforces safety rules.
Supports onboarding and post-training follow-up with learners.
Delivers in-person and virtual training classes; tracks outcomes.
Analyzes trainee performance and aligns with brand standards.
Travels to locations to deliver training and assist openings.
Develops instructional materials with Field Training Team.
