Job summary

FAT Brands Inc is seeking a Field Trainer in the United States to deliver hands-on training for franchisees, managers, and restaurant staff across FAT Brands restaurants. You will conduct sessions, demonstrate best practices, and coach trainees in the field, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety policies.

The role requires 2+ years as a restaurant manager or trainer, excellent communication, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Trainer.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Flexible and able to deal with frequent change.
• Experience with restaurant operations and safety standards.
• ServSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Implements training and education programs for new franchisees, managers, and personnel.
• Conducts training to improve knowledge and skills for guest service.
• Provides hands-on training and demonstrations of procedures.
• Ensures proficiency with restaurant equipment and technology.
• Onboard new hires and franchisees; conduct post-training follow-up.
• Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to improve performance.
• Teach training classes in person and virtually.
• Analyze trainee performance and ensure standards are met.
• Maintain knowledge of new training methods and incorporate into programs.
• Review field information and support franchisees.
• Submit training records to Sr. Director weekly or as requested.
• Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions as needed.
• Travel to locations to deliver training and oversee openings.
• Develop instructional materials for brand training programs.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Franchise GMs to maintain brand standards.
