Job summary

Chervon is seeking an experienced Job Site Solutions Specialist (JSS) in the San Diego area to drive end-user conversion and sales growth across priority trades. The role focuses on hands-on product demonstrations, jobsite engagement, and dealer-supported pull-through with professional users in construction, automotive and detailing segments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales or end-user sales experience in power tools or related industry.
• Proven ability to convert demonstrations and trials into sales opportunities.
• Experience engaging professional end users at jobsites or distributor locations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and activity goals.
• Drive revenue by creating demand with professional end users and dealers.
• Conduct hands-on product demos and field training for end users.
• Build relationships with contractors, crews, installers, and shop owners.
• Maintain active pipeline and manage follow-up tied to adoption and sell-through objectives.
