Job summary

Chervon North America is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage daily activities, training, merchandising and execution for strategic retail partners across our US territory. You will drive sales, train store teams and build demonstrations to increase brand awareness of Chervon products.

The role requires relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to travel up to 30% overnight, including potential international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to develop strong relationships across functions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products are merchandised to drive sales in retail partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly sales and provide recommendations to boost store performance.
• Lead in-store product trainings with retail staff.
• Create and execute in-store demonstrations and store walks to drive sales.
