Job summary

Chervon North America is seeking a Job Site Solutions Specialist to drive demand and sell-through with professional users in Anaheim, CA. The role focuses on hands-on demonstrations, training, and dealer-supported pull-through to grow brand adoption across priority trades.

The candidate will collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing, manage a robust pipeline, and travel within the territory to engage contractors, shop owners, and distributors, with a strong emphasis on product knowledge

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in field sales, end-user sales, product demonstration, or trade engagement in power tools or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, conversion, and pipeline goals.
• Experience engaging professional end users at jobsites, shops, or distributor locations.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate demonstrations into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, conversion, pipeline, and activity goals.
• Drive demand with professional end users and accelerate sell-through via dealers and distributors.
• Convert product demonstrations, jobsite engagement, trials, and relationships into measurable sales opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of end-user opportunities and follow-up tied to adoption and sell-through objectives.
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and field training to showcase FLEX Power Tools and SKILSAW.
• Support onboarding after conversion to drive repeat purchase and brand loyalty.
