• 3+ years of field sales, end-user sales, or professional trade engagement.
• Proven ability to convert product demonstrations into measurable sales.
• Experience engaging contractors, crews, and trade professionals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Drive demand and sell‑through with professional end users via dealer/distributor partners.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations, jobsite visits, and field training.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and dealers to drive brand adoption.
