Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with trades contractors to meet client milestones.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing client expectations.
• Familiarity with reading design packages for install of semiconductor tooling.
• Ability to work in cross-matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate Tool Install project deployment and installation activities with trades to align with schedules and site safety.
• Lead project status meetings and review POR dates, track deliverables and communicate updates.
• Analyze timelines, installation sequences, and resource availability for planning and trade allocation.
• Review design packages and documents to ensure accurate installation planning.
• Track progress and provide leadership with milestone, risk, and schedule updates.
• Coordinate daily field execution with trades, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain progress.
• Identify conflicts and risks; develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Support collaboration between design engineering, construction management, vendors, and client teams.
• Promote safety and quality culture in the field and ensure compliance.
