Job summary

SteelHold Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to take full ownership of a defined territory by driving revenue growth, market penetration, and account expansion.

This field-based role requires proactive prospecting and strong relationships with contractors, with day-to-day activity centered in the DFW area. The primary objective is to grow territory performance through strategic prospecting, account development, and consistent execution of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, industrial supply, or related markets.
• Demonstrated track record of territory growth and quota attainment.
• Experience working with and maintaining a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Candidate must live in the San Marcos area. Day will start and end at SteelHold Location.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined sales territory, with clear accountability for revenue, account growth, and market share expansion.
• Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities, including job sites, contractors, and project leads.
• Sell fasteners and accessories directly to contractors at job sites, delivering solutions that meet immediate and ongoing needs.
• Consistently expand existing accounts through relationship building, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain and utilize CRM system daily to track customer interactions and sales activity, manage pipeline and forecasting.
