Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to join the Bend, OR market. This field-based role covers restaurants, hotels, schools, and more, providing service, installation, and new solutions to help our customers maintain clean, safe environments.

You will travel within the territory, support emergency service, and participate in paid training at Eagan, MN; many benefits start on day one, including health coverage and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry‑related experience.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance nights/weekends/holidays.
• Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Use tools to visit customers and recommend programs and solutions.
• Communicate total value to meet customer needs and grow sales.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines and dispensing equipment.
• Provide emergency service to customers by phone or in person.
• Assist in installation of equipment and solutions.
• Demonstrate safe equipment use and keep customer operations functional.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
