Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Territory Manager for Prostate Health in Houston, TX. This field-based role calls on physicians, hospitals, and surgical services to drive product adoption and meet quarterly revenue targets.

The candidate will manage the territory, develop new accounts, and provide post-sale support, training, and ongoing customer service, while navigating company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales or medical field.
• Ability to travel within the territory daily and some regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Territory Revenue Sales and Gross Profit targets.
• Maintain CRM database and provide information to management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital management.
• Sell iTind and BioProtect products via consultative selling to achieve targets.
• Utilize promotional programs and financing options to meet sales results.
• Allocate time across accounts to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Complete and maintain sales paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
• Provide post-sales support including installation training and troubleshooting.
