Harper Group seeks an experienced Territory Manager to service retail accounts in Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Metro Maryland, focusing on Home Fragrance and Accessories. This role requires 3+ years outside sales, strong communication, and a proven top-quartile performance record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Excellent face to face selling and closing skills.
• Demonstrated sales accomplishments and top quartile performance.
• Ability to build new business relationships and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and growing sales within an existing account base.
• Calling on accounts in the field and prospecting for new business.
• Taking orders and merchandising for assigned retailer accounts.
• Making face to face sales and closing deals.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with retail accounts in your territory.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining accurate records of contacts and visits using CRM software.
• Acquiring product knowledge through training and competitive analysis.
