Job summary

Jack B. Parson Companies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Telematics Field Technician to support drivers and dispatchers in Salt Lake City, UT.

You will manage hardware and software essential for daily operations, coordinate updates, and train staff on new systems. This role requires willingness to travel to the field, work nights and weekends as needed, and collaborate with OMG IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve utilization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• OnBase knowledge preferred, but willing to train.
• Previous work within the construction industry is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new staff with application setup, equipment orders, and training.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and updates with OMG IT and vendors.
• Monitor product usage and report to upper management with improvement suggestions.
• Manage hardware inventory and parts ordering.
• Coordinate software updates and ensure software usage accuracy.
• Provide field support to drivers and dispatchers as needed, including travel.
• Work nights and weekends when required.
