The role involves installing and supporting telematics devices in customer vehicles, performing gateway and AI camera installations, on-site training, RMAs, and ensuring quality with remote troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive technical installation.
• Knowledge of vehicle wiring and electrical systems.
• Ability to travel 50-75% and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and support telematics devices in customer vehicles.
• Perform installations of gateways, AI cameras, and accessories.
• Conduct on-site training and manage RMAs.
• Oversee quality and provide remote troubleshooting.
• Work independently or with third-party installers.
