Job summary

SONIFI Health Incorporated is seeking a Field Telecommunications Technician to support customers in the Albany, NY area, handling high-speed internet, IPTV, RF, and related services. You will travel to customer sites, work independently, and provide technical guidance to help resolve issues efficiently.

A valid driver’s license is required for company vehicle use, with occasional travel outside the region and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Technical degree plus one year of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED plus three years of work experience.
• Experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.

Responsibilities

• Support customers within your assigned region to resolve technical issues.
• Provide support and guidance to customers on SONIFI products in the field.
• Travel outside the region occasionally and be on-call with potential overtime/weekends to meet service level agreements.
