Job summary

SONIFI Health Incorporated. is seeking a Field Telecommunications Technician to support customers across the Northern California region.

You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to high-speed internet, IPTV, RF, and related hospitality technologies, working with a variety of staff and customer environments. In this role you will travel to client sites, use company-provided tools and vehicle, and communicate clearly to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• In addition to a technical mindset, a degree or equivalent experience is required as stated in the job text.
• Experience or familiarity with High-Speed Internet, WIFI, Satellite TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV/MATV is preferred.
• Ability to travel, lift equipment, and operate in hospitality environments as described.
