Job summary

SONIFI Health Incorporated. is seeking a Field Telecommunications Technician in Los Angeles, CA to resolve technical issues, provide customer support, and travel within the assigned region. You will be the face of SONIFI, delivering professional service and guiding customers through product solutions.

The role requires a technical background, customer focus, and flexibility for on-call, overtime, and occasional weekend work. A company vehicle and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Technical degree plus one year of related experience in any of the listed areas OR HS diploma/GED plus three years’ work experience.
• Experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
• Willingness to travel within region, be flexible with on-call, overtime and weekend work to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in your region with SONIFI products.
• Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with hospitality staff.
• Travel within assigned region with occasional travel outside; on-call and overtime as needed.
