Responsibilities

• Install voice, data, broadband, and SIP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with company products and services including voice, data, broadband, SIP and security systems.
• Assess trouble location, may drive to customer facility with a valid license; may require CDL.
• Operate Facilities Management (FM) system and manage tickets and service orders.
• Test circuits with equipment and store results in FM system.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• May install communications and data equipment, power panels, and related infrastructure.
