SONIFI is seeking a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Los Angeles, CA area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. No desk here!

Your day will be spent supporting our customers in your region, with the tools of the trade provided by SONIFI. As the face for our organization, you will travel to hospitality locations, communicate professionally

Qualifications

• Technical degree plus one year of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED plus three years’ work experience.
• Experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV or Head-end is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site field support to SONIFI customers in the Los Angeles region.
• Travel within the assigned region and occasional travel outside the region.
• Be on-call and available for overtime and weekend work as needed to meet service level agreements.
