Responsibilities

• Climb poles and perform cable digging/repair work as required.
• Ensure safety rules and professional appearance when representing the company.
• Support sales and marketing activities and refer customers as appropriate.
• Be dependable and able to work on-call, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet service metrics and learn continuously.
