Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of four (4) years of related experience and/or technical training.
• Experience with wireless telecommunications fiber installation, router upgrades, system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and DC power installation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and telecommunications testing equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and non-standard hours.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot with minimal supervision.
• Customer-service oriented with team leadership experience.
• Reliable and motivated to learn additional technical skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct; reliable personal vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, integrate, program, maintain, decommission, and repair wireless equipment and systems.
• Perform site acceptance, equipment receiving, installation, and cabling.
• Serve as project lead when required; maintain trackers and provide status updates.
• Identify and address issues in partnership with supervisors with timely solutions.
• Conduct testing and validation using various test equipment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OEM requirements, customer specs, and safety practices.
• Fabricate, terminate, and label cables/connectors to standards.
• Deliver excellent on-site customer service to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain project files, trackers, and documentation; communicate with management.
• Operate and maintain test equipment; report calibration/repair needs.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies per SOW.
• Provide training and guidance on policies, procedures, and technical tasks.
