Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with customers face-to-face and expand access to high-speed data and communication solutions. You’ll grow the customer base with assigned leads, perform needs analyses, and present tailored proposals to meet client requirements.

The role emphasizes outdoor field work, 90% time outside, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and rewards performance with base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with consumer and commercial devices and services.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling proposals aligning with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
