Job summary

Spectrum outside sales representative role involves face-to-face engagement with customers to connect them with Spectrum’s trusted products and services. You will travel to assigned leads, conduct needs analyses, and present compelling proposals to close deals.

The position offers a competitive base salary with lucrative incentives, totaling over $100,000 in annual compensation for top performers, plus free Spectrum services such as internet, TV, and mobile.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• English language proficiency (read, write, speak) required.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete sales documentation, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum data, mobile, landline, and video services.
