Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect people with reliable telecommunication services through face-to-face interactions. You’ll drive growth by expanding access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions, with a base pay plus lucrative incentives that can exceed $100,000 in total compensation.

Role requires 90% outdoor work, evenings/weekends, and travel to assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills to tailor pitches.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate insights to management.
