Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication services. You will engage prospects face-to-face, conduct needs analyses, and present tailored proposals while meeting monthly targets in data, mobile, landline, and video services.

The role involves 90% outdoor work, evenings and weekends, and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally to assigned territories.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation, including dispositioning, orders and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report insights to management.
