Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage communities, visit leads, and promote Spectrum services in person. The role focuses on growing a portfolio of high‑speed data, mobile, and video offerings with a strong emphasis on customer needs and solution selling.

You will work mostly outdoors (about 90%), attend meetings, and drive targets via a pay plan that includes a base salary plus incentives, with total compensation potential exceeding six figures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English is essential.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories, including during inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and communicate insights.
