Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Dayton, OH to connect residents with Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. You will visit assigned leads, perform needs analyses, and tailor proposals to customer requirements, driving growth and satisfaction.

The role requires evenings and weekends, travel in the territory, and a proven drive to succeed. The position offers a base salary with lucrative incentives, including a commission target that can push total

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
Perform in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
