Job summary

North Sky Communications, LLC is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure. You will determine bore paths, operate drilling equipment, and verify utilities while maintaining safety and schedules.

The role requires drilling experience, a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain), and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment and bore operations.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control drill equipment to complete tasks.
• Verify utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
