Job summary

Regions Bank seeks a Technology Field Services Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems, printers, networks, and telecoms to support all associates. The role is onsite at the Riverchase Operations Center in Hoover, AL.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience with computers, printers, network hardware, software, and operating systems; a valid driver's license; and willingness to work overtime as needed. Regions offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires six years of experience working with computers, printers, peripherals, network hardware, software, firmware, and operating systems.
• Ability to image/deploy, repair, or support apps in Mac environment.

Responsibilities

• Installs computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other end user peripherals.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and remediates hardware and software issues in the computing environment.
• Coordinates warranty repairs, replacements, and returns with manufacturers.
• Supports core network infrastructure including switches, routers, patch panels and cabling.
