Qualifications

• Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
• Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels.
• Ensures workstation/server data integrity and data backups.
• Develops and maintains standard operating procedures and configuration database.
• Performs scripting as needed (PowerShell and Bash) and supports risk management practices.
