Job summary

Taney County Regional Sewer District is seeking two Field Technicians to join our operations team. You will operate and maintain the District's lift stations, pumps, valves, and treatment systems to keep our communities' water clean.

You should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in construction, equipment operation, maintenance, plumbing or electrical work. A Missouri driver's license is required, with CDL and DNR licensing as attainable goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and experience in construction, equipment operation and maintenance, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Valid Missouri driver's license or ability to obtain CDL.
• Ability to obtain Missouri DNR Wastewater Operator licensing (Level D).
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the District's lift station network.
• Perform maintenance on pumps, valves, controls, generators, and lines.
• Repair grinder pumps and perform system improvements.
• Conduct testing to ensure compliance with Missouri DNR permits.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call rotations.
