Arkansas Public Safety Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain integrated security and low voltage systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with video surveillance, access control, weapon detection systems, and distributed antenna systems (DAS), plus strong technical ability and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years industry experience.
• Manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot surveillance, access control, DAS.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network issues and perform upgrades.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams and system documentation.
• Provide onsite technical support and customer training as needed.
• Complete service reports and maintain inventory.
