Job summary

AMH in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Field Technician Turn to manage tenant turns and uphold property standards. You will handle inspections, coordinate move-outs, and oversee contractor work to ensure quality and timeliness.

The role requires at least two years in residential maintenance or five years if education is limited, with tools proficiency including iPad/CRM and HVAC. A valid license and OSHA awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of residential/property maintenance experience or five years in lieu of education.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
• EPA Certification or HVAC Type II preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• OSHA safety knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property inventory during tenant turns and inspections.
• Coordinate tenant move-outs, key exchanges, and property condition reports.
• Inspect contractor work for quality and adherence to standards.
• Attend eviction set outs/hearings as needed.
• Perform self-work at properties using tools per established guidelines.
• Provide troubleshooting for plumbing, garage door, irrigation, and electrical issues.
