AMH seeks a Field Technician Turn to manage tenant turns and inspections across a portfolio of single-family rentals. You will coordinate move-outs, assess property conditions, and oversee contractor work to ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, inspecting contractor performance, and maintaining safety and organization on-site. A valid license and basic tool proficiency are required; benefits include competitive pay and

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required or preferred.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in residential/property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA safety knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to operate ladders and basic hand/power tools.

Responsabilités

• Maintain property inventory during tenant turns and move-out inspections.
• Coordinate move-out processes, key exchanges, and property condition reports.
• Inspect contractor work for adherence to standards and specs.
• Attend eviction set-outs/hearings as needed.
• Perform self-work at properties using ladders and tools while following procedures.
• Provide troubleshooting for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and irrigation issues.
