Job summary

Southern Star is seeking a field technician to install DISH TV and Starlink products and to provide outstanding customer service during visits. The role includes paid training, career growth potential, and a strong earning outlook through base pay, commissions, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and ability to scale ladders up to 38 ft and crawl spaces.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Must pass Background, Drug Screen and Motor Vehicle Record.

Job description

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

Schedule

This position requires working 5 days a week, which includes working on holidays. Your designated days off each week will be Sunday and Monday.

Bonus Opportunity

Earn a Trained and Active Bonus of $500.00, half of which you receive at approximately 60 days and the other at approximately 6 months.

Compensation
